Trust Express Services is based out of 10-E in the Bhup Shing Colony, which is a part of Rajpur Khurd in New Delhi. Our pin code is 110068, and we’ve been operating from this little corner of the city for a good while now. The colony is a bit crowded, with narrow streets and lots of local life happening right outside our front door. Inside the office, things are usually a bit chaotic because we handle express deliveries and things are always coming and going. We have stacks of parcels waiting to be sorted and a whiteboard that’s covered in scribbled notes about routes and timings. It’s definitely not a polished corporate environment. We have some plastic chairs for when people come by to drop off packages, and there's always a half-empty box of biscuits sitting around somewhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone with our drivers, trying to figure out where they are in the Delhi traffic. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially when the weather is bad or the roads are blocked for a festival. We don't use any fancy tracking software that’s complicated to use; we just keep it simple and make sure we know where every item is. It’s a local business run by local people who just want to make sure the mail gets to where it’s going without too much trouble. We just do our best every single day.
