Travel Arcade

Our office is up on the sixth floor of Ansals Imperial Tower in Naraina Vihar. It is room number 612 if you are looking for us. We are quite close to the C-Block Gurudwara, which is a good landmark for people who haven't been to this part of Delhi before. Being in a tower means it is a bit quieter than the street level but we still stay pretty busy throughout the day. Travel Arcade has been running from this spot for a while. We spend most of our time looking at routes and trying to figure out the best way for people to get where they need to go. It is a lot of paperwork and computer work, honestly. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done. People usually call us first or they just come up the elevator to talk about their plans. We deal with all sorts of requests, some simple and some that take a bit more time to organize. Naraina Vihar is a nice area and having the tower as a base works well for us. We just take things one day at a time here. If a problem comes up with a booking, we just sit down and try to fix it. It is not always easy with how travel goes these days, but we stay at it. Most of our day is spent talking to people and checking schedules for them.
