Transworld

Our spot at the Fortune Institute of International Business, specifically Plot No-5&6 in Vasant Gaon, puts us right in the middle of a lot of activity. Being across from the R.R. Hospital means there is always traffic and people moving around outside. Transworld has been operating from this New Delhi address for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of Rao Tula Ram Marg. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down and handle the international trade side of things. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page, which is harder than it sounds. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but we just keep going. We don’t have a big corporate handbook or a list of slogans. We just know our way around the logistics world and try to help people get their goods across borders without too much trouble. It involves a lot of patience and a lot of follow-up calls. You might find some of us staying late when the time zones don't line up, just to make sure a message gets through to the other side of the world. It’s a bit chaotic at times, with papers everywhere and phones ringing in the background, but that’s just how it goes here. We don’t make big promises, we just try to be practical and solve the problems that pop up every day.
