We are located down in Mahipal Pur, right on Desu Road at Rz B-36. It is a ground floor spot which makes it easier for people to find us without climbing too many stairs. Usually, the office is quite busy with phones ringing all the time. Someone is always checking some paperwork or looking at a computer screen. It gets quite noisy outside with all the traffic passing through this part of New Delhi, but we are used to it by now. We handle a lot of different things here every day. It’s mostly just making sure stuff gets where it needs to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow or the tea runs out, which is a bit of a pain for everyone. We have been in this area for a while and most of the neighbors know us. The staff here just shows up, does their shift, and goes home like anyone else. It is not some fancy corporate place with glass walls. We have regular desks and chairs that have seen better days. It gets a bit hot in the summer months when the air conditioning struggles a bit. We try to keep things organized but sometimes things get messy when a lot of orders come in at once. That is just how life is in a place like this. We just keep moving forward one day at a time. If you walk past Rz B-36, you will see us working away.
