Top Line Build Tec Pvt. Ltd.

We are tucked away in Flat No. 397 in the L.I.G. pocket of Sector 14, Dwarka. Being in Phase-2 of New Delhi, things can get pretty hectic outside our door, but inside our office, it’s mostly just us trying to stay organized. Top Line Build Tec Pvt. Ltd. is the name we use, though most people in the neighborhood just know us as the guys in the building. It’s an older residential area, so it feels more like a home than a corporate office. We’ve got desks squeezed into the rooms and shelves full of folders and old plans. We don’t go in for fancy decor or professional photography on the walls. We’re more interested in keeping our projects on track. New Delhi is a fast place, and Dwarka has changed so much since we first moved in here. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or talking to workers on site over the phone. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby; you just come in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. Sometimes we’re all out on a job and the place is empty, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We’re just a small team trying to do our jobs well and keep our heads above water in the city. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but it works for what we need.
