Tla Academy Private Limited

Tla Academy is based out of Flat No. 116 in the Mahabhadrakali society. It’s in Dwarka Sector 13, right at Plot No 6. Since it’s a residential society, it feels very safe and calm compared to the main markets. We have a few rooms set up for teaching. It’s basically an apartment that we turned into a learning space. The balcony has some plants that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them when we get busy. We have a lot of students coming in for different batches. The security guard at the gate usually knows where people are headed when they say they're going to the academy. We don’t have big neon signs or anything like that. It’s just a regular door with a small nameplate. Inside, we have some whiteboards and enough chairs for the groups. The kitchen area is where we make some quick coffee or store our lunches. It’s a very normal environment. We talk about lessons, check the homework, and plan for the next day. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We like it this way because it’s easier to talk to the students one-on-one. Dwarka is a nice place to work from, and the metro is close enough for those who don't live in the sector. Sometimes the society elevator is under maintenance, but walking to the first floor is easy enough. We just focus on getting the teaching right.
