Times Packers & Logistics

Out here in Mahipal Pur Rangpuri Village, things are a bit different than the main city center. Times Packers & Logistics is based right in the middle of the village area. We have a lot of space for the trucks, which is good because we need every inch of it. Most of our day is spent wrapping heavy furniture or carrying crates up and down stairs. It’s the kind of work that makes you tired in a good way, I suppose. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning that works all the time. Mostly, we are just out in the yard or at someone's house moving their entire life into cardboard boxes. The village can get pretty crowded with the narrow lanes, so driving the big vehicles takes some serious patience. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so we know most of the neighbors by name. It’s a lot of physical labor and sometimes we get scraped up or our knees get sore. We just keep a basic first aid kit handy and get back to it. The paperwork is done on a small wooden table near the entrance. We aren't big on high-tech gadgets, we just write things down in the ledger and make sure the trucks are fueled up. When the sun goes down, we park everything and call it a day. It’s a simple life at Mahipal Pur Rangpuri Village and we just keep at it.
