Tics

If you come down to Lado Sarai, you’ll find us at F-265. It’s a busy little corner of New Delhi, and we’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the bricks and mortar. Our name is Tics, and we keep things pretty low-key in this neighborhood. The office is just a simple room where we handle our daily business. We don’t have a big receptionist or a waiting area with magazines. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk right in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We deal with various technical tasks, and it involves a lot of sitting and thinking or working through problems on the computer. Lado Sarai has its own vibe, with lots of small shops and narrow streets, and we fit right in. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest company in Delhi. We just want to get our work done so we can go home to our families at the end of the day. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a few of us working together. We often grab lunch from the local stalls nearby, and that’s when we do most of our talking. It’s an honest, practical way to run things. We’ve had the same sign on the door for years, and we don't plan on changing it. It’s just us, doing what we do, right here in the 110047 zip code. It's a bit cramped inside, but we make the most of the space. We usually have a bit of a laugh over tea in the afternoons.
