Tejasvi Foundation For Social Excellence is based in Pitampura, inside Dhudial Aptts at House No 192. Being in an apartment complex makes the whole thing feel a lot more personal than a standard office building. We’re in North West Delhi, and the area is usually buzzing with families and people going about their business. Our setup is pretty simple. We use a couple of rooms for the foundation work, and there’s always a bit of clutter from the projects we’re currently handling. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find matching furniture or glass walls. Instead, it’s more about being functional. We have a lot of neighbors, so we try to keep the noise down, though sometimes things get a bit loud when we have visitors. The daily routine is mostly about checking emails, sorting out paperwork, and planning the next steps for our social work. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us by name. It’s a comfortable spot to work from. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go just to get some fresh air when the office feels a bit cramped. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us, working out of a house in Pitampura, trying to get things done without making a big fuss about it. It’s honest work and a practical location for us.
