Our office is on the second floor at B-69 in Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-2. Getting things up to the second floor can be a bit of a workout since we don't always use the lift for smaller stuff. We’ve been in Naraina for a while now. It’s a busy place with lots of small factories and workshops all around us. We deal with packaging and technical solutions. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, we help people figure out how to wrap and move their products. The office is full of different kinds of tape, cardboard, and bits of machinery. It’s not the cleanest place because there’s always some project being put together. We have a few computers for the technical drawings, but a lot of the work is still done by just looking at the physical items. The lighting in the back room is a bit dim, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just me and a few guys who know how to handle the machines. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear, but you get used to it. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just try to solve the problems that come in that day and go home.
