Tci Global operates out of Mahipal Pur, which is right there near the airport in New Delhi. If you have ever been through this area, you know it is always moving. Our office is in house F-414, tucked into one of those narrow streets where you have to be careful with your car. It is a practical spot for us because we are so close to the main transport hubs. We spend a lot of time dealing with logistics and making sure the cargo is sorted out properly. There are days when the weather is too hot or the traffic is backed up for miles, and that makes things slow, but we just keep at it. Most of the staff here have been around for a bit, so they know the quirks of the building and how to handle the busy seasons. We aren't trying to do anything fancy or impress anyone with big words. It is just about getting the work done. You will often see us standing outside for a quick break or talking to the drivers who come in from all over. The office is usually full of files and the sound of people talking on their phones. It gets a bit dusty, and the internet sometimes acts up, but we manage. It’s a real job with real headaches, but we like being right in the middle of the action here in Mahipal Pur. It feels right.
