At T&S Logistics Pvt Ltd, we’ve been working out of F-2256 in Netaji Nagar for a while. New Delhi 110023 is our home. The office is a very basic setup. We have a couple of desks, some filing cabinets that are overflowing, and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s a practical environment for a small business. We handle logistics, which basically means we spend our time on the phone or sending emails about shipments. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s often a lot of dust from the road outside coming through the windows. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just take the orders and see them through. Sometimes the trucks get held up at the state border, and we have to explain that to the clients. It’s just part of the reality of working in India. We try to be as clear as possible. Our staff is local, and we all know the city streets pretty well. We don't use big words or corporate talk. We just say what’s happening with the cargo. The office is small, so we all know what everyone else is doing at any given time. It can get cramped when we have visitors or delivery guys waiting. We’re just a regular group of people working in the logistics field. We deal with the everyday problems as they come up. It’s mostly about persistence and making sure no one forgets a signature or a stamp. That’s what our day looks like.
