Our office for Synergy Property Dev. Pvt.Ltd.(Pmc) is tucked away on Street Number 7 in Puran Nagar, Palam Colony. Being in this part of New Delhi at Rz-7A/29B means it is always noisy and crowded outside, but that’s just how this neighborhood is. We do project management consultancy, which means we spend a lot of time worrying about timelines and making sure builders are doing what they said they would do. The office is pretty cramped with all the files and folders we’ve collected over the years. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a person to greet you at the door. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. Most of our day involves talking on the phone to contractors or trying to get the internet to work so we can send out a report. We know the Palam area inside out because we’ve been here for a long time. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes we are still here late at night trying to get a project finished. We don’t try to act like we are some giant international firm. We are just local people who understand how construction works in Delhi. There’s usually a lot of noise from the planes or the traffic, but we just get on with our tasks. It is straightforward and honest work without any unnecessary polish.
