Swam Project Facility Pvt Ltd is located over at H-211/7 in the Delhi Cantonment area, specifically in Sadar Bazar. If you’ve ever been to Sadar Bazar, you know how packed and energetic it is. Our office is right in the thick of it. We handle project facilities, which basically means we spend our time making sure buildings and services are running like they ought to. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. The space we have in Delhi Cantt is simple and serves its purpose. We have a few desks and a lot of files. Because we are in Sadar Bazar, there is always noise from the market and people moving around outside, but it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team writing for us; it’s just the people who actually do the work. We've been in this location because it’s convenient for getting to the different sites we manage. Sometimes it's hard to find parking near H-211/7, but that’s just part of being in this area. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to dress it up in fancy language. We just show up, do what needs to be done for the projects, and head home. It’s a busy life but we’re used to the pace of the bazaar by now.
