Sustinere Alliance Foundation

We’re based out of Quarter Number 231, Type A, in Pocket 1 of Sector-12, Dwarka. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s easy enough to find if you know Dwarka at all. We’re the Sustinere Alliance Foundation. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. It’s a quiet part of South West Delhi, which we like. Our space isn't huge, but it’s enough for what we need to get through the day. We spend our time working on things related to keeping things going—sustainability, I guess you could say, though we don't use that word much. We just think about how to make things last for the people around here. It’s a lot of practical stuff. Sometimes we’re out and about, and other times we’re just stuck at the desk for hours. We don't have a big team or anything. It’s just a few of us who decided to do something together. We get along well enough, even when we disagree about how to handle a project. We aren't trying to be fancy or sound important. We just want to do some good work in the area. The neighborhood is nice, and we’ve gotten to know some of the neighbors who live nearby. We aren't looking for any awards or recognition. We just want to stay busy and keep the foundation moving. It’s a lot of small steps, day after day. That’s just how we operate here.
