My name is Sushil Kumar and I’m located over at D-218 in Raj Nagar, Part-II, which is in the Palam Colony area of New Delhi. The pin code is 110045. I’ve been in this part of town for a long time. It’s a very local neighborhood, not like the fancy parts of the city, and that suits me just fine. My office is just a regular room with the basics. I don't have any flashy signs or a big team of people working under me. It’s mostly just me handling the daily chores and keeping things running. Palam Colony is a busy place with a lot of narrow streets and people everywhere. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but I’ve grown used to the noise. I started this because I wanted to do something for myself. I don't have a mission statement or a list of corporate values. I just show up on time and do what I’m supposed to do. Sometimes I make mistakes, or things take longer than I planned, but I always try to make it right. It’s a small, honest business and I don't try to pretend it's anything else. Most of the people who come to see me are neighbors or folks from nearby. We just sit down, talk about what’s needed, and I get to it. It is not always easy with the New Delhi heat, but we get the job done regardless of the weather outside.
