Supertronics International Limited

Supertronics International Limited is over at A37 in the Naraina Industrial Area Phase II. If you’ve ever been to Naraina, you know it’s a maze of narrow streets and workshops. Our place fits right in. It’s an older building, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We do a lot of international work, but the atmosphere inside the office is very local. We’ve got stacks of boxes waiting to be shipped and rows of benches where we test things out. It’s not the quietest place to work, with all the trucks loading and unloading outside, but the energy keeps us going. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we don't need many meetings to know what needs to be done. We just show up and get to it. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decor because we'd rather put that into our equipment. The neighborhood has a lot of good food spots, so lunch is always something to look forward to. We aren't big on corporate jargon or long emails. If we need to talk, we just walk over to each other’s desks. It’s a very hands-on way of running a business. We deal with complicated electronics, but we try to keep our personal interactions simple and straightforward. It’s just how we like to operate here in the middle of Naraina.
