Sulabh International Academy Of Environmental Sanitation

This academy is based in Bengali Colony, which is a part of the Mahavir Enclave area in New Delhi. Our specific address is H3/55A, and it’s a pretty straightforward residential building that we use for our teaching and training sessions. We focus on environmental sanitation, which basically means we teach people how to manage waste and keep things clean in a way that actually works. It isn't a university with a big campus or sports fields. Instead, it’s more of a practical learning center where people sit down and learn the real-world side of sanitation work. The area around Mahavir Enclave is quite busy, with shops and houses all packed together, so there is always a lot of noise from the street. We have a few rooms set up for classes and some space for our staff to handle the paperwork. People come from all over to learn about the methods we use. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or making things look corporate. The goal is just to get the information across to the students so they can go out and do the work. Living and working in New Delhi means dealing with the heat and the traffic, but we are used to it by now. The academy stays busy throughout the year with different groups coming in for training.
