Subhash Projects & Marketing Limited

We've been running things from Hariom Apartments in Vasant Kunj for a bit now. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, but our spot at B-7, 74/9 is actually okay once you get inside. Most days start early here because the traffic on the main roads gets heavy fast. We just show up, get the coffee going, and start working through the projects we have on the table. Living and working in Vasant Kunj means there’s always something happening right outside the door. People are constantly moving around the 110070 area, and we’re just part of that flow. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just an apartment space where we manage the marketing and project side of things for Subhash Projects & Marketing Limited. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, like it does anywhere in the city, but we just deal with it. It's a practical setup. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby where we grab lunch. It isn't a massive corporate skyscraper, just a regular place where work gets done. Most of us have been here long enough that the commute feels like second nature, even if the Delhi heat is tough in the summer. We keep the files organized and the phones ringing. It’s simple. We stay focused on what needs doing today and worry about tomorrow when it gets here.
