STONEHENGE

We’re located at Ac-96 in Vasant Kunj. The name of our place is STONEHENGE. We’ve been operating out of this part of Vasant Kunj for a good bit now. It is a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We mostly deal with stone and related materials for houses. It is heavy work, moving slabs around and getting them cut to the right size. Our clothes usually have a bit of stone dust on them by the end of the day. We aren’t a big corporation with layers of management. It is just us here, doing the physical work. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Most of our stuff is just stacked up where we can get to it easily. We don’t make a big deal out of what we do. We just provide stone for floors, counters, or whatever else people need. Sometimes a piece breaks or the color isn’t quite what the customer expected, and we have to figure it out. It is part of working with natural materials. We like the honesty of working with stone. It is old, it is heavy, and it lasts. We don’t really do much in the way of promotion. Most folks just stop by because they saw the sign or live in the neighborhood. It is a simple business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready.
