We are located in Apartment A-303 at Kalka Appartment in Sector 6, Dwarka. It’s a residential complex, so it’s a bit different from your usual office. Star Alubuild Pvt Ltd runs out of this flat in New Delhi. It is a good spot because Dwarka is well-connected. We use the different rooms for different parts of the business. One room is for the accounts, and the main living area is where most of us sit and work on the building projects. It gets plenty of sunlight through the windows, which makes it a pleasant place to spend the day. Since we are in an apartment building, we have to be mindful of the neighbors and keep the noise down. We aren't a huge operation, so this space suits us just fine for now. We have our files organized as best we can, though things can get a bit cluttered when we have a big project going on. Most of our communication is done over email or phone calls from the desks here. It feels more like a small family unit than a big company. We just show up, do what needs to be done for Star Alubuild, and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a practical way to work in a city as busy as Delhi without all the corporate overhead.
