Ss Builders is located at F-108/A in Katwarya Sarai, New Delhi. This part of Delhi is always crowded and the lanes are narrow, so just getting to the office can be an adventure some days. Our office is a small, functional space where we handle all the paperwork for our building projects. We don't have a big team or a polished corporate image. We are just local builders who know the ins and outs of working in the city. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or checking on materials. Building in Delhi comes with a lot of rules and local issues, and we spend a good chunk of our day navigating all that. We don't make big claims about being the best. We just tell people what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes the supply of bricks or sand gets delayed because of traffic or regulations, and we just have to deal with it as it happens. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and half-drunk cups of tea. It’s a plain and simple operation. We’ve been in Katwarya Sarai for a while and we’re quite comfortable with the pace of life here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s just us, a couple of calculators, and a lot of practical knowledge about how to get things built in this city. There are no fancy sales pitches here, just everyday construction work.
