Spm. Builders Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Dwarka in New Delhi. Our office is located at Flat No. 6 in the DDA SFS Flats, Sector-1, Phase 1, Pocket 3. It’s a residential area, so it feels very grounded and local. Er. Amresh Kumar runs things here, and we’ve been part of the New Rajendra Nagar and Dwarka circles for a good while. We aren't a giant construction firm with a skyscraper office. Instead, we work out of this flat where we can keep things personal and quiet. Most of our days involve looking over plans and talking to folks about their building needs. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends in Delhi 110075. The office is simple and functional. We have our desks, our files, and a lot of coffee. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the main commercial hubs, but we prefer it that way. It lets us focus on the actual building work rather than the corporate noise. We show up, do the planning, and make sure the projects are moving along. It’s a small team, but we know our stuff. We just try to get the work finished right and move on to the next one.
