Spine & Pain Clinic

Spine & Pain Clinic is situated at Flat No 27 in the L&T Flats over in Dwarka, Sector 18B. It’s a bit of a quieter residential area compared to some other parts of Delhi 75. We focus on exactly what the sign says, which is helping people deal with back problems and chronic pain. Many of our visitors are older folks from the surrounding flats or office workers who sit too much. The clinic is set up inside one of the apartments, so it has a more lived-in, homey feel than a cold hospital. We have some therapy tables and the usual medical bits and pieces. It’s not a very big operation, so we get to know the people who come back for regular sessions. Dealing with pain is a slow process, and we try to be patient with everyone. Sometimes the sessions run over, so the next person might have to wait on the sofa for a bit. We don't have a big receptionist or a slick check-in system. You just come in and we get to work. It feels very much like a local neighborhood service. People usually find out about us because a neighbor told them we helped with their stiff neck or back. It’s a quiet place where we just try to make people’s daily lives a bit easier to handle.
