Space Designtech Turnkey Contractors

Our office is located at 111 Qutub View Apartments in the Dada Badi area of Mehrauli. It’s an interesting place to work because of all the history around us. Space Designtech Turnkey Contractors is basically a group of us who handle various building and renovation jobs from start to finish. We call it "turnkey" because we take care of the whole process, but really, it’s just a lot of coordinating between different workers and making sure materials show up on time. Our office is often full of samples, tape measures, and loose sketches. It’s not always the neatest place, especially when we have several projects going at once. We’ve been in Mehrauli for quite some time, and we know how the local buildings are put together. We don't have a flashy storefront or a big sales team. Most of our day is spent on the phone or visiting different sites to see how the work is progressing. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation; we just want to do good work for the people who hire us. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a pipe leaking, but we just deal with it and move on. That is just how this business works. Being based in Qutub View gives us a nice view, but mostly we’re just focused on the blueprints in front of us.
