We are Sobha Developers Ltd, Bangalore, and our office is located over at the NBCC Compound on MG Road in New Delhi. It is quite a busy area, as most people who live in Delhi probably know already. Our specific spot is through the Harpreet Singh Simplex Infrastructures Limited entrance. It’s not a flashy office by any means. We’ve got desks, some old files, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. The traffic outside on MG Road can get pretty loud during the afternoon, but you get used to it after a while. Most of us here have been working out of this location for some time now. We don't really do much in the way of fancy decorations. There are a few plants by the window that someone remembers to water every other day. It feels more like a workspace than a showroom. People come and go throughout the day, mostly just taking care of paperwork or meeting up to discuss the latest projects. If you’re looking for us, just head toward the compound and look for the Simplex sign. It is a bit of a maze back here, but once you find the right building, it’s easy enough. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background, mostly just local stations. It’s just a regular group of people doing our jobs in this corner of the city. We don't have a big reception area or anything, just a few chairs if someone needs to wait for a minute.
