Smcc Construction India Ltd.

At Smcc Construction India Ltd., we operate out of Flat No.5, A-85, in the Rose Apartment building. This is over in Saidulajab, right on Ignou Road in New Delhi. It is a residential kind of area, so it stays fairly quiet around the office most mornings. We spend a lot of our time dealing with blueprints and talking to contractors over the phone. Construction work in a city like Delhi is always a bit of a challenge with the traffic and the regulations, but we manage. Our space here isn't a massive corporate floor, just a regular flat where we get our planning done. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the neighbors know us. Usually, there are files stacked up on the desks and a few helmets lying around. It’s a real working environment, not some showroom. People come in and out depending on which project is active. We try to keep things organized, even when the schedules get a bit messy. The Ignou Road area is pretty convenient for getting to different parts of the city. We do the work that needs doing, from the ground up. It’s mostly about managing the labor and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. We just stay focused on the builds and try to keep everything on the right track.
