Skyline Contractors (P) Ltd.

We are located at F 89 A, in Devi House over in Katwaria Sarai. If you know New Delhi, you know this area can get pretty crowded. We have been running Skyline Contractors (P) Ltd. from this office for some time. It’s a small space, but it fits what we need. Usually, there are files stacked up on the desks and the phone rings more than we’d like. We handle a lot of different contracting tasks. It’s mostly just making sure the materials arrive and the workers are where they should be. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes things take twice as long as they should, which is frustrating for everyone. But we’ve lived here long enough to plan for that. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture. Most of our time is spent out at various sites or sitting here going over plans. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glossy brochure. We just do the work. Katwaria Sarai is a good base for us because we can get to different parts of the city relatively okay, depending on the time of day. We’ve had the same neighbors for years. It feels like a normal part of the community. Nothing too fancy, just a regular business trying to stay busy and keep the bills paid. Some days are smoother than others, but that’s just how contracting goes. We don't have a lot of staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking site safety.
