S.K.H Metals Ltd. operates out of Moti Bagh 1, tucked away in New Delhi. We’ve been around for a good bit, working as a joint venture with the Maruti Udhyog folks. It involves a lot of metal work and coordinating things between our office here and the plants in Gurgaon. The office at F 221 is where the paperwork and the phone calls happen. It’s not a showroom or a place where we entertain guests. It is just desks, computers, and a lot of conversations about parts, schedules, and deliveries. Dealing with metal means things can get pretty technical, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed inside the office. It’s a busy city, and New Delhi traffic is always a total mess, so we spend a lot of our time on the phone or on the computer. Having a connection to the big car makers keeps us pretty busy most weeks. There’s usually someone in the back drinking tea and looking over a long spreadsheet. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy presentations about what we do. We just make sure the metal gets where it needs to go on time. The building isn't new, and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it works for us. It’s a practical space for practical work. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve just learned to ignore it. We have a small team here handling the daily grind and making sure the orders are processed correctly.
