We are located in Palam Village, specifically at RZG 44 in Rajnagar II. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, always busy and a bit loud with all the activity outside. Being in Dev Kunj means we’re right in the thick of things. The Sika India office here is really just a base of operations for us. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in Gurgaon. Instead, we’re in a real part of the city where things actually happen. The streets can be narrow, and finding a parking spot is usually a headache, but we make it work. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of files. We spend our time talking to customers on the phone or sorting out logistics for deliveries across New Delhi. It gets hot in the summer, so the AC is always running, though it struggles sometimes. We’ve got a routine down, starting early before the traffic gets too bad. People drop by occasionally, and we just handle things as they come. It’s a practical workspace, nothing more. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle for making chai. It feels like a real workplace because it is one. We just do our bit every day, trying to keep things moving forward without making a big fuss about it. That's life for us here in Palam. It is a bit chaotic sometimes, but we are used to the noise by now.
