Shyam Clinic Cum Dots Center

Shyam Clinic Cum Dots Center is at Rz-G-42 in Mahavir Enclave. We are on Mandir Marg, which is right near the Universal Public School. Being so close to the school means it gets very loud around three in the afternoon when all the kids are leaving. Our clinic is a simple ground-floor space. We have a dual purpose here. We see regular patients for things like fever or minor injuries, but we are also a DOTS center. That means we help people who are going through the long process of treating tuberculosis. They come in every day for their medicine. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it for years. The waiting room is small with just a few chairs and a table with some old health posters. We have a small cabinet for all the patient files. The staff is from around here, so we know the local families well. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the one over the door. The floor is easy to clean, which is important. We keep the windows open for some air when the weather is nice. It’s just a neighborhood clinic doing what needs to be done. We don't make a big deal out of it. We just open up early and stay until the last patient is seen.
