Shri Deva Properties

Our place, Shri Deva Properties, is located at Plot No 563/37 in S Block. We are in Unit No 4, right in Sector 7 of the Palam Extension in Dwarka. It’s a busy little corner, especially being right opposite the Hero Honda showroom. That’s usually how people find us—they just look for the bikes across the street. We’ve been working out of this unit for a while, dealing with all the ups and downs of the Dwarka property market. Some days are packed with people looking for apartments, and other days it’s just us organizing the files and making calls. It gets quite noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle a bit of everything, mostly stuff nearby in Sector 7 or the surrounding blocks. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking documents, making sure everything is in order before anyone signs anything. People often drop in without an appointment, which is fine by us. We just pull up a chair and talk about what they need. There’s no big sales pitch here. We just show what’s on the books and let people decide for themselves. Living and working in the Palam Extension means we see the same faces every day at the tea stall or the market. It feels like a real community, even with all the new buildings going up everywhere.
