We are Shiv Kripa Nirman Co. Pvt. Ltd, located on the 3rd floor at Wz 445 in Naraina, New Delhi. Naraina is a busy spot with lots of industrial activity, so it’s a good place for us to be. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s got desks, some filing cabinets that don't always close right, and a lot of paper. We handle construction and building stuff, so there’s always blueprints or site reports lying around. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. The 110028 area is where we base everything. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive coffee machines. We just drink what's available and get to work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches. We just want to make sure the projects we’re working on actually get finished. Some days are stressful when materials don't show up on time, but we figure it out. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who know the trade. We’ve been in Delhi for a long time and we like it this way. Just honest work and a place to call our own. We try to be practical and keep our heads down while the city moves around us.
