Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd.

We’re located at Rzf 222/54 in Sadh Nagar, which is part of the Palam Colony area in New Delhi. It is a bit of a maze to get through the narrow lanes sometimes, but we’ve made our home here for the Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. branch. The office is really just a functional space where we handle the logistics and the paperwork for our local projects. It isn’t a place for big meetings; it’s more for the guys to check in and for us to manage the site supplies. The neighborhood is lively, and we feel like a real part of the community around Palam. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and make sure the projects stay on track. Most days, the office is filled with the sound of motorcycles outside and the clatter of keyboards inside. We have a small team, but everyone has been around long enough to know the ropes. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a very normal, practical way to work. We don’t bother with marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. People know where to find us if they need something done. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful. It's busy but we like it that way. The coffee is usually strong and the deadlines are always met.
