Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd.

This branch is based in Sukhsagar Apartment over in Sector-9. It is Plot No. 12, specifically Flat No. C-706. Dwarka is quite spread out, so being right here makes it easier for us to reach the different sites we are looking after. It’s a residential building, which means it’s relatively calm compared to the main roads. Inside, we have turned the flat into a functioning workspace for the Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. crew. We have a lot of maps pinned to the walls and folders stacked on the dining table we use for meetings. It’s not about looking pretty; it’s about having a place to coordinate. Some of us have been here for years, so we know all the local guards and the best places to get lunch nearby. The balcony gives us a little bit of air when things get stressful. We spend our hours tracking materials and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that people don't usually see. The light in this flat is actually quite good in the mornings, which helps when we are looking at small print on drawings. We aren't here to impress anyone with a lobby or a fancy sign. We just need a solid base to operate from in New Delhi, and this apartment works perfectly for that. It’s quiet, it’s functional, and it’s where we do our thinking and planning before heading out to the actual construction sites.
