Seven Hills Estates Ltd

We've been here at Palam Colony for a while now. Most people know us from Street Number 7 in Kailash Puri. It's a busy spot in New Delhi, but we like it. We deal with real estate stuff, mostly around here. It's just a few of us in the office. Sometimes it's loud outside with the traffic, but that's just Delhi life. We handle property papers and talk to folks looking for houses or plots. It isn't always easy work, especially with all the paperwork involved in New Delhi. We try to keep things straightforward. If you come by, look for Rz-49A. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk and some chairs where we can sit and talk about land or rentals. People come in with all sorts of questions about the local area. We know these streets pretty well since we spend most of our day here. It’s a local business, nothing too big or flashy. Just trying to help people get their property things sorted out without too much fuss. Dealing with estates can be a headache, so we just do what we can to make it move along.
