You can find us at Rz P5/225 in West Sagar Pur, New Delhi. We’re quite close to the Gufa Wala Mandir, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to navigate these busy streets. The office is always a bit noisy because of the city sounds outside and the old fans humming inside. We do a lot of technical work here at Sevcon India. It involves a lot of concentration and sometimes a bit of frustration when the technical details don't go right the first time. We aren't a big corporate giant with a glass building and a fountain. We’re just a small team in a regular neighborhood. We deal with customers who need specific parts or help, and we try to get it to them without making a big deal out of it. There’s no script for how we talk to people; we just talk like we would to a neighbor or a friend. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some urgent work, and other times we might leave a bit early if the summer heat is too much to handle. Delhi is a tough and fast place to work sometimes, but we’re used to it after all these years. We keep things straightforward and try not to overcomplicate our lives or our business. It’s just us, working hard in Sagar Pur and trying to do right by the people who call us.
