Out here in Shyam Vihar Phase-I, things are a bit quieter than the main city but the work doesn't stop. We are based in Najafgarh, New Delhi, specifically at A-69. If you’re coming from the main road, it takes a bit of navigating through the lanes to find us. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. The building is pretty basic, nothing special to look at, but it serves its purpose for our logistics operations. Most of our day is spent dealing with schedules and making sure the loaders know which truck is going where. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing. The weather gets really hot in the summers here, so we keep the fans going full speed. We aren't a massive corporate office with glass walls; it’s more about getting the job done and heading home. The team here knows the area well, and we’ve seen the colony change quite a bit over the last few years. There’s always some truck parked nearby or someone asking for directions. It’s a practical place for a logistics business. We focus on the daily tasks, handling the manifests, and ensuring the drivers have what they need before they head out on the long routes. It’s honest work, and we just take it one day at a time. The files are stacked up on the desks and we just work through them until the day is done.
