Our office is tucked away in Mahipalpur on the first floor of building A-244. If you know Road Number 6, you know how it gets with the traffic and the noise from the nearby airport area. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and things are usually moving quite fast around here. Most days, we are just busy keeping track of where things need to go. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days, but they do the job. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so it’s always a squeeze when two people are trying to pass each other. We spend a lot of time on the phones, talking to drivers and making sure the paperwork is sorted out for the day's tasks. The tea man comes around twice a day, which is something we all look forward to because the office gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons. It isn’t anything fancy, just a regular workplace where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the power fluctuates, which is just part of living and working in this part of Delhi. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors in the other units are mostly quiet. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle of all the boxes and papers.
