You can find us at 128 Vivek Vihar, right in the B-Block Market. We are quite close to the Dwarka Mor Metro Station, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We work with various security systems, mostly things like motion sensors, alarms, and control panels. The shop itself is not very big, but we have enough space to show people how the different systems work. Most of the people who come to see us are worried about their homes or their small businesses being left unattended. We don't try to push expensive stuff on anyone; usually, a simple, reliable setup is the best way to go anyway. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites around Vivek Vihar doing the actual installation work. We are a small team and we usually wear our work clothes rather than anything fancy. The market here is always humming with activity, and we have been a part of it for several years now. Sometimes the technology can be a bit confusing for our customers, so we take the time to explain which button does what. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the alarms work when they are supposed to and stay quiet the rest of the time. Our tools might be a bit older, but they get the job done. We just keep things practical.
