Scan Solutions

Scan Solutions is located in Sagarpur West, at Rgz 31. It’s a straightforward place in a busy part of the city. We’ve got a few big scanners and some computers set up on long tables. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar that’s usually a month behind and some instructions taped up for the newer equipment. We spend most of our time taking physical documents and turning them into digital files. It sounds simple, but it’s a lot of work making sure every page is straight and the quality is clear. The office can get a bit loud when all the machines are running at once, sort of a constant whirring sound. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone walks in, they usually just find us at our desks surrounded by stacks of paper. It’s a bit cramped, honestly, because paper takes up a lot of room before it gets scanned and put back into boxes. We’ve been in Sagarpur West for a few years and the locals know us as the place to go when you have too many files and not enough space. We don’t do any big advertising. Word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to make sure we don’t lose any of the staples. It’s just a normal, small-scale operation.
