Our place is over in Ber Sarai, specifically 25/C, right in the Hauz Khas area. It’s a lively part of New Delhi, and being here means we see a lot of different people every day. We handle a mix of logistics and travel stuff. The office is usually cluttered with brochures and shipping forms. There’s a small desk near the entrance where someone usually sits to greet whoever walks in. We aren't a huge company, just a few of us trying to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it feels a bit crazy. We’ve been at this 110016 address for some years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs aren't the most comfortable in the world. But we spend most of our time focused on the screens anyway. We don't really go for that polished corporate look. We’re more about just getting the bookings done and the cargo moved. It's a lot of checking dates and weights. We have a small cupboard for our bags and coats. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, and we just order some food and keep going. It’s a simple life here in the city. We don't make any big promises, we just do what we say we're going to do. That’s how we’ve always operated. Most of us take the bus to get here every morning.
