Sahara Prime City Ltd.

Our office is actually inside an apartment building, Flat C-302 at the Bahawalpur Apartments. It’s on Plot 30 in Sector 6 of Dwarka, New Delhi. It’s a bit different from a regular street-front shop because you have to come through the main gate of the complex. Sahara Prime City Ltd uses this space to manage things in the 110075 area. Dwarka is quite spread out, but Sector 6 is a good central spot for us. The apartment isn’t really a home anymore; it’s filled with filing cabinets and desks for the staff. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. Being in a residential building means it’s relatively quiet compared to the main markets. We do a lot of our coordination from here, talking to contractors and checking on various sites. It’s a practical setup for us because we don’t need a huge storefront. Most of our work is administrative anyway. We’ve got the usual coffee machine that breaks down once a month and a few windows that look out over the other blocks. It feels more like a small family business because we’re all working in such close quarters. There’s no big sign on the roof, just our name on the directory. It’s just a regular place where people work hard every day without any extra fuss.
