Our office is tucked away at Mhp 1641, H.No 2047A, in the Mahipalpur Extension of New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know Mahipalpur is always a bit of a maze and very crowded. Safexpress (P) Ltd. has this spot where we handle all the day-to-day logistics tasks. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but that’s just Delhi for you. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork. We don't have fancy decorations or a lounge for visitors. It’s a place where we come to work and get things moved from one place to another. We talk a lot about routes and delivery times. Sometimes we disagree about the best way to get something done, but we usually figure it out over a cup of tea. The building is just a regular house turned into an office space, so it has a bit of a homey, if slightly messy, feel. We have a lot of files piled up because we haven't gotten around to filing them properly yet. It’s not polished or corporate at all. We are just a bunch of people who know how the logistics business works in a city as busy as this one. We don't make big promises. We just look at what needs to be sent out today and we do it. The local shops nearby are where we get our lunch, and the whole street feels like a community. It gets hectic but we manage somehow. Tomorrow we will do it all again.
