Our place is at Rz-E-8 in Mahavir Enclave, right on the Main Dabri Palam Road. It’s easy to find because we’re directly opposite the Oriental Bank of Commerce, which is a big landmark for people around here. The road outside is always packed with cars and rickshaws, so it’s pretty noisy from the moment we open the shutters. Inside, we have shelves piled high with different types of equipment and spare parts. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a new shipment arrives and we have to find a spot for everything. We don't have a lot of space for a showroom, so most of the stuff is just sitting out where you can see it. The building itself is older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time talking to people who come in looking for specific parts or asking how to fix something they bought years ago. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to write everything down in a paper ledger until it comes back up. Working on Dabri Palam Road means you get used to the constant honking and the dust from the street. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always someone stopping by to ask for directions or looking for the bank across the way. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while.
