Rj Associates is based in Munirka, specifically at 248A in the Rama Market area inside Rathi Complex. If you know Munirka, you know it is always crowded and there is a lot of energy. Rama Market is always buzzing with people shopping for groceries or clothes. Our office in Rathi Complex is right in the thick of it. It is a functional space. We have our computers, a few filing cabinets, and some chairs for when people stop by. The complex itself is quite old and has that classic Delhi commercial building look. There are lots of other businesses around us, so you see the same faces every day in the hallways. Sometimes the noise from the market filters up, but we are used to it by now. It is a convenient spot for us because the connectivity is good. We spend most of the day answering emails and working through various documents. It is not a silent office; there is usually a lot of chatting going on. We have a small corner for making tea, which is where most of us end up at least three or four times a day. The stairs in the complex can be a bit steep, but it keeps us moving. We like being in this part of town because it feels real and grounded. There is no pretense here, just people trying to get their work done and earn a living. The afternoon sun hits the windows and makes it a bit warm.
