Residential Apartments And Hotels

We are running things out of Flat No.110 A on the ground floor here in Dwarka. It’s a busy spot in Gujarat, and we stay pretty occupied with the day-to-day management of our apartments and hotel spaces. We started this because we saw a need for regular, decent places for people to stay when they’re passing through or moving to the area. It’s not a huge chain with a call center. Usually, if you call or stop by the ground floor office, you’re talking to one of us directly. We handle the cleaning, the maintenance, and the bookings ourselves. Sometimes the pipes leak or someone loses a key at midnight, and we’re the ones who have to go out and fix it. That’s just part of the job when you’re looking after residential spots. Dwarka is a growing place, and we’ve seen a lot of changes from our little corner here. We try to keep the rooms tidy and the atmosphere quiet so people can actually rest. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a big marketing team. Most of our guests find us through word of mouth or just by seeing our sign. We just want to make sure the flats are in good shape and the guests are comfortable enough to come back. It’s hard work, but we like being our own bosses and meeting all sorts of people who come through our doors every day.
