We've been operating out of Chhattarpur Extension for a while now. Specifically, you can find our office at E-75. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, but we like it here. Rephcons Estate & Developers Pvt Ltd is basically just a small team of us working on various building projects. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and checking on sites around the city. It’s not always easy work, especially with the Delhi heat and traffic, but we manage. People usually drop by the office when they need to talk about property stuff or if they have questions about a project we're handling. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we drink tea and go over plans. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is out in the field. We’ve seen how much Chhattarpur has changed over the years. New buildings go up constantly. We just try to keep up with everything and make sure things are moving along as they should. If you’re in the neighborhood, you might see our sign. We're just regular people trying to do a decent job in the real estate business. It’s a lot of coordination between different workers and making sure materials arrive on time. Some days are more chaotic than others, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the local regulations here in 110074.
