Renu Khanna & Associates

Our office is on the ground floor of C-1/52 over in the Safdarjung Development Authorit. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the rest of the city, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on paperwork. Renu Khanna & Associates has been operating from here for a while, and the neighborhood feels like home to us now. The ground floor location makes it easy for people to find us without wandering around too many hallways. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few tall cabinets filled with old files, and the sound of the printer going off. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. It isn't a massive operation, just a handful of us making sure things move along as they should. Sometimes the tea guy comes by, and that's the highlight of the afternoon. We deal with all sorts of people coming through the door. Some stay for a long chat, others just drop off documents and head back out into the heat. We don’t really go for that high-end corporate look. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. The light in the morning is quite good, which helps when we're looking at detailed plans. We’ve got a routine down, and while things can get a bit hectic during the busy months, we just take it one day at a time. It’s a decent place to spend the day and we like the local feel.
