Reliable Pms & Infrastructure Llp

We’ve been working out of Sector 18 B in Dwarka for a while now. Flat 778 is where we keep our files and take calls about maintenance and building stuff. It’s a MIG flat, so it’s nothing fancy, just a workspace. We spend most of our time on-site anyway. People usually find us when they need help with infrastructure projects or just general property management things. It started small, just a few of us trying to make sure buildings are kept up properly. Dwarka has changed a lot, and we’ve seen the roads and the flats grow around us. We don't really do the big fancy office thing because we’d rather be out seeing what needs fixing or how a project is coming along. Some days are slow, other days the phone won't stop ringing about some pipe or a construction plan. We keep the paperwork at the L&T pocket office. It gets a bit crowded with blueprints and coffee mugs, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the job right so we can go home and not worry about it later. If you’re in the neighborhood or near the Ph 2 area, you might have seen our trucks parked nearby. We just do the daily work that keeps things running. No big speeches, just showing up in the morning and getting through the list.
